The Digital Health Lab Day 2025 is dedicated to the theme “Smart Hospitals & Organisations” and brings together professionals from clinics, research, start-ups, and public administration. In interactive formats, current developments will be discussed and new ideas for the future of healthcare will be co-created.
We are especially pleased to contribute with Workshop A2 – “Implementing Digital Health Solutions in Hospitals.” This workshop provides practical insights into a playbook and accompanying checklists that have been developed within the framework of a DIZH project. The goal is to equip hospitals with tangible tools to successfully implement digital solutions.

The workshop invites participants to engage in interactive discussions: to critically reflect on the playbook presented and to share their own experiences from the hospital setting.
